Product

These are all 3D printed items, printed in high quality PLA+. They are painted using various automotive paints and clear coated. The clear coat creates a strong top layer for protection, but bear in mind these are plastic props. Though PLA+ is highly rated for stress and impact, purchases should be treated with care to avoid damaging them. We are not responsible for damage to products once received, whether during unboxing, use, or any form of modification at the hand of the buyer. Depending on the buyer's fit preference, foam may be needed to help create a perfect fit - head to the Questions tab where we’ve linked the types of foam we recommend to be installed by the buyer upon receipt. Please note that while we do our best to make each product flawless, this is a handmade item and there can be imperfections. If you are ever unhappy with your product, please notify us immediately to see whether an exchange of the same item is warranted (based on our discretion). Please note that areas of props that are unseen, such as the inside of a helmet, are not finished.

Shipping

The lead time provided in each item description is an estimate of the time it takes to complete the product from start to finish, at which point the shipping label will be generated and the item then sent out. This lead time does not include shipping time and is not an estimate of a delivery window. Tracking information will be provided once finished items are shipped. Please be aware that international tracking abilities are limited depending on the carrier chosen during checkout, and customs/import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Delivery estimates and updates will be provided by shipping carrier once the item is in transit. If for any reason an order is returned to sender, the buyer assumes responsibility for paying the cost of shipping again to have their order returned to them; orders will not be resent until the cost of additional shipping is paid.

Cancellations

We offer a one hour cancellation window beginning as soon as checkout is completed. After this one hour window has expired, we do not allow order cancellations for any reason. By completing checkout, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Returns

All sales are final. Our shop does not offer returns or refunds for orders under any circumstance. By completing checkout, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
